Perfect app, trusted sellers. I recommend Aliexpress to everybody that wants a quick and great product delivery (you can always track each delivery). Products are useful, and answer to their price. Sellers usually respond fast and explain details if you request. If refund is needed- support is quick and solve the case. If you stay in app more you get discounts and higher membership % discounts. I am gold atm hope to be higher with time. Amazing app - no problems ever happened to me that haven’t been solved already. I am from Bulgaria, never had delivery or payment issues.
AliExpress doesn’t protect from incorrect couriers

I have been an active AliExpress user for many years. I have been happy and usually I didn’t have major issues. In the past year AliExpress changed the local couriers. In June I had to receive a few orders from the Choice program (faster shipping, supposedly AliExpress response to the competitors). Since AliExpress issues a coupon if there is a delay for Choice orders, and probably there is penalty for the courier, one of the courier companies marks all orders as “Out for delivery” and “Delivery attempt unsuccessful. Recipient not at home”. Then they keep the packages and send message to pick them up in days/weeks. There is no way to report this issue to AliExpress.Unfortunately for at least three of the orders I had to receive at the beginning of July, I never received a message. They are marked “out for delivery” and “delivery attempt unsuccessful” at the exact same time, which clearly shows that they never tried to contact me. I reached out to the couriers but they denied knowing anything about my orders. I opened a dispute, but AliExpress said that I haven’t provided sufficient evidence. I appealed it and yet nothing. I asked them how can I prove that I was never contacted, they never replied. I asked them to help me and at least let me know which company has my orders, so I can try again. I didn’t receive any response. I’m not going to use this app anymore. As a buyer my rights are not protected. How many orders I might pay and not receive due to incorrect couriers? Obviously there is no mechanism in place to protect us, so I need to hope for the courier to eventually give me the chance to pick my orders. And if they are not willing, there is nothing I can do and there is no way to receive a refund. TLDR: your rights are not protected in case of incorrect couriers.

I have been using you since 2011 and have over 1000 items ordered. I find everything I need here, delivery time to BG has reduced to 10 days, and you definitely have a better delivery policy, as well as working with a more correct courier, delivering everything within 50 meters of my home, unlike from another noisy application with initial T..u. Thanks for the correct attitude and in need of a refund, which is really fast. Thank you to the responsive sellers who sell through your platform. keep it up your app is great! Good luck!

AliExpress is following the same disappointing path as once-great Western companies that fell due to arrogance and laziness — think Nokia, Intel, Yahoo.I used to trust AliExpress, knowing that in most cases I was protected against bad sellers. Not anymore. They’ve started ignoring justified and well-documented complaints, and their AI-based “support” system has become almost useless — often more confusing than helpful.I will never again buy any technically complex product from AliExpress. The risk is no longer worth it, and AI-based support cannot be trusted.
