Allianz SmartID is an application for fast and secure payment confirmations in an electronic environment.
Through Allianz SmartID you can confirm the bank transactions and requests made in Allianz E-bank and Allianz M-bank and online card transactions. All you have to do is to register in the application, using your username and password from Allianz E-bank, by following several easy steps.
Login to Allianz SmartID with PIN or biometric data and confirm your transaction.
Allianz SmartID requires internet connectivity.

Problems every other day
The app constantly doesn’t work.
All developers that have and still are working on it should be fired immediately!
There are more than enough number of developers on the market, who can write it so, to work without any problems.
One benefit and thats it!
The app does what it says on the tin, but in 2024, the UX is something one should not underestimate. This app, and the banking app itself are so poorly designed from a UX point of view, that i am really considering moving my business elsewhere.
Question to whoever aporoved the “definition of done” when commissioning the development: what were you thinking??????

App not working when setting up
When I try to set up my account in the begining, when I get to the last step to log in with biometrical data or pin, both of the buttons dont do anything when pressed and I cant finish the initial set up of the account.
