Hi, We're sorry to hear about your negative experience with the game, but we can assure you that we have no control over the rolling of the dice and winning in the game. It's completely random and based on luck and chance. Also, the game is totally free to play, we provide numerous bonuses to the players so that they can play for free.

The rolls (randomly) force you to leave your checkers single, then (randomly) give your opponent just the exact dice they need to hit you. Every single time, 10-12 games. In a roll.
Then for about 5 turns you (randomly) roll the only dice that are blocked and you cant play, so your opponent has the time to block the rest.
Then your opponent (randomly) rolls a double 6-7-8 times in a single game and you (randomly) only roll one when your checker has been hit and the position is blocked and you can’t use it anyways.
Then you lose the game (randomly)every time until you are left with no money and are forced to pay if you want to keep playing.
But surely, the game has no control over the rolling.
I suggest you try to at least change the algorithm to make the scamming a little less obvious.
And copy pasting the same reply telling people how the dice are completely random is just laughable.

Hello, We're sorry to hear that you think the game is rigged. Please note that using RNG (random number generator) ensures that each dice roll is completely random and fair. All Backgammon Live players have the same chances to roll doubles, with no exceptions. We are certain that over a longer period, you would see both “lucky” & “unlucky” streaks.

Great gameplay
I am enjoying the game very much, but there is one small issue - I can’t find a way from the game interface to access my profile information - I would love to be able to see statistics and ranking.
