I don’t understand why people are throwing so much hate at this app.
The App itself is so easy and convenient to use. It gets you where you want to go in no time.
Works absolutely flawless with my iPhone X when paired with E8. I have never experienced even a single dropout during my listening sessions. Love the EQs though.

touch control is not responsive
honestly is very hard to use touch controls, almost impossible to change song or to start my voice assistance

Hi. We are very sorry that you are facing connectivity issues when it comes to your Beoplay E8. In order to assist you, we have provided you with a guide below in order to potentially rectify this problem.
Please, could you charge the Beoplay E8 for 2 hours and then reset the Beoplay E8. To reset, touch and hold the left and right earbud simultaneously until the product indicator is flashing red (approximately 10 seconds). Beoplay E8 will turn off once the reset is completed.
Once reset, please remove and forget the Beoplay E8 on your mobile phone's Bluetooth list. Once removed, please turn your Bluetooth off on your mobile phone. Once this is done, please remove the Beoplay E8 from its charging case and turn it on while keeping the earbuds as close as possible together. Once turned on, please place the Beoplay E8 into Bluetooth pairing mode by touching and holding the touchpads on both earbuds for 5 seconds. Once in Bluetooth pairing mode, please turn on your Bluetooth on your phone and then connect it to your device.
Once connected, please open the Bang & Olufsen app and connect your Beoplay E8. If this does not resolve the problem. please kindly contact us directly on https://bang-olufsen.zendesk.com/hc/en-us so that we can find out more about the problem that you are facing?
