App will offer you a list of well-balanced and sensible meal plans compiled on the basis of your dietary habits and needs. It will also accompany you every step of the way on the hard journey to achieving the best version of yourself. It will do that by:
- giving tips and guides on the proper diet;
- helping you set your customized weekly meal plans;
- offering you workouts to get rid of excess fat;
- offering you sprint interval workouts;
- demonstrating every step of the workouts by instructive high-quality videos;
- providing tips on proper exercise execution.
We offer a wide range of subscription options so that you can choose the right one for you (3 months access renewal, weekly renewal, etc.) In addition, 3-months subscription is available for users. For your convenience, subscriptions are set to automatically renew within the 24-hour period prior to the subscription end date. You can cancel your subscription at any moment in your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the terms. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
Please note, that you won't be able to use app features without active subscription.
App is integrated with the Health kit, so you can find your activities data in the Health App.

If you don’t pay you can’t even use the app,I don’t want a free trial,I want to use the basic functions of the app,you can ask me to pay for the full experience but you should let people use it without subscribing

Rip off app
You can’t use the app without paying and once you subscribe you have to be extremely careful how you unsubscribe, because they don’t let you go easy.

No charges are made if the user decides against using the app beyond the free trial and cancels the auto-renewal. Subscriptions can be easily cancelled through iTunes/Apple account settings, not through BetterMen app. Normally, the BetterMen subscription should be listed among your subscriptions unless you have purchased the Lifetime option. If not, please check if the Apple account you are using is the one you subscribed to/purchased the app with.
