It’s time to allow adding the card to Apple wallet
The app is nice and stable now, but it’s very annoying that I have to open it every time in order to use the card. Allow adding the card to Apple wallet. I know you want me to browse the coupons and deals in the app, but I’m definitely not going to do this at the register while paying. So just let me add the card to Apple wallet so it will pop up on my Lock Screen based on the geolocation when the iPhone detects I’m at the Kaufland store. Just like IKEA and Decathlon did it.
The App is hard to deal with the Vauchers
Despite of other concurrent hypermarkets’ client’s Apps, here if you want to use all the discount Vouchers you have to open everyone of them (about 10 in count) in the App and scan one-by-one its barcode. Other advanced Apps use “Activate voucher” option and all vouchers are checked in bulk upon Card scanning, only once.
It doesn’t allow you to delete your profile
If you want to delete your account and your personal data (name, email, phone number, birthdate, location, history), you can’t do it right away.
You have to submit a request (?!) after you fill a form with all your info again and then wait for several days for someone at BILLA to accept you request (?!).
This is totally unacceptable and in violation of the rules for publishing an app on App Store.
