BinBin is an electric scooter rental platform that makes short distance trips fun as an alternative means of economical transportation. BinBin offers an eco-friendly, practical and high performance riding experience while reducing air pollution.
Ready for a ride? Let's go!
1) Download the App and register - don't forget to enter your payment details.
2) Find the nearest BinBin on the map via the App.
3) Scan the QR code on BinBin and start your ride.
4) Speed up BinBin with the support of your foot and start driving by using the throttle.
5) Leave the traffic behind, but keep the traffic rules in mind. Be mindful of pedestrians and vehicles.
6) When you reach your destination, make sure you find a safe parking spot to park BinBin. Don't forget to check the parking spots on the map.
7) If everything looks good, take a photo of the parked BinBin via the App and finish your ride.

You can make your ride extra safe with "BinPass Extra" packages or by activating the "Extra Safe Ride" feature before you start riding.

It’s on purpose
Can’t be every single time I try to end a ride that it takes so long and at first it doesn’t even show me that I’ve been riding. I often have to reboot the app to end my ride. One time the scooter had a problem and I wrote to support for a refund. 95 meters and 2.50bgn. I couldn’t go over 5km and it had 100% battery.
I took the scooter so I don’t miss my connection, unfortunately due to the app issues I couldn’t end ride on time to catch my transport.
Lime is much better.

The worst
I logged into the app, everything looked fine. The app wanted my card info and I wrote it and on the screen it appear a text that was saying “invalid error”. I tried once again and it was the same. The third time I used different card and it was fine. But after half and hour I checked my card spending and the app charged me for the two errors that appeared and it is 10 leva. But somehow the app remembers only the second card and its deposit.
