Bad experience
The last trip that I booked, I had to cancel. The driver made me cancel and he was negotiating the price. I had to pay 900 lyra insted of 6-700 because he didnt want to drive me to the airport. I had no choice because I was going to be late for my flight. I started using this application to avoid such situations but what I see is this still happens and clients are the one who suffer because there is a lack of control on the drivers. I was scammed today although I used this app, the drivers should not be allowed to negotiate the price given by this app. Huge dissapointment!
I tried to send this to their support but it always gives an error. How convenient.
