Simply amazing

So easy to go where ever you want! You are in one click distance!

Charged way more than informed

My ride was extremely pleasant, the driver was talkative and polite but I was charged £5 more because “my journey took longer than expected” (which was 1/3 of the overall price - outrageous on its own). There was no traffic as it was 3 AM and I got into the car AS SOON as it arrived. The driver did not wait for me. I consider this to be a scam as I had no fault even if the “journey took longer” because 1. They have my destination in advance
2. I was given an exact price, not a range
3. The only possible reason I can see as to why I was charged more is that the driver purposely took a long way around so I can be charged more.

Will not use again despite the overall experience being positive. I do not condone these type of schemes and I must warn you to not use this service.

Terrible support

An idiot made registration and fill in the form my email address. These guys don't have a check email function and everyone can provide your email. So now I'm receiving emails with offers, receipts for other guy travels etc. I wrote to support, to GDPR to every contact I found. No results. They are tragedy. Hate them. Never will use that horrible service.
