At first glance was interesting , and then final experience

When we arrived, I didn’t know where I was, you show up at it just has the address on the front of the building, and when you get inside of the building by chance of someone letting you - you think you are at the WRONG place, we called to see where the front desk - and everything is electronic! Which explains a lot - they forgot to send me my check in.

Final review, as soon as you go upstairs, your in another world - the rooms are world class, there was not one thing missing from the room - I forgot my iron, and they had one, which is rare in some hotels ♥️ - the location is unbeatable - top centre - your located above a bar, so the music can be a bit loud, but it does go off eventually, but we are a young family, and I rather stay close to the centre they walking 25 mins every night to the hotel

Worst support and app

Worst support ever and literally it’s an organised hustler app when it’s up to issues. They will never read your emails if you get in trouble when they are your broker. So expensive compared to other apps for example. The Customer Support will tell you to call when you call they will need a PIN and never help you they will send you further to another support in the company, like another department and so on until you get tired and give up. They hustled me so and alot of another’s, not only me, and they will comment please contact our support, what a regardless of the fraud and fraud that you will be exposed whenever the person or company they booked for you reject your booking or you need to do an emergency change on the dates or whatever, the support team will not help you and never, but rather will respond to you with provocative messages with ugly and thoughtful style by their accountants (hustlers). This great imposter may help you once in finding a service, but it will pounce on you the next time when the value is big . They lose even those customers for 40 euros, let alone if 1000 euros have been paid for a trip what can they do!!!!!. Beware, beware, beware!!!!! I repeat, beware of this fraud scammers!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!RUN!!!!!!!!!!

B&B Quintino Sella Fantastic

The apartment is very clean and in a great location. It has a very cute balcony and most importantly fro the summer in Bari- air conditioning! The main landmarks are from a walking distance as well as restaurants and supermarkets. It’s close to the railway station, from which you can catch a train or a bus to other cities like Alberobello and Matera. The host is very helpful, kind and available whenever needed. A big praise to Michele for helping in any way possible. The place where we had breakfast was wonderful and the food was very delicious. I strongly recommend this apartment. My friends and i very much enjoyed our stay in B&B Quintino Sella.
