Bookmate is an ebook and audiobook service that’s available globally. In addition to a free public domain catalogue, we also offer Standard, Premium, and Audiobook subscriptions, which give partial and complete access to our ebook and audiobook catalogues. These services are renewable on an annual or monthly basis, for a fixed monthly fee.
Renewal charges are automatically debited at least 24 hours prior to the end of the previous period. However, readers can manage their subscription package and choose to switch off the auto-renewal option in their Account Settings.
If a reader is on a free trial and chooses to purchase a subscription during that time, they forfeit any unused portion of the free trial period.

Making an effort and fixing issues
After reporting issues with the app they contacted me and worked to fix the problem. In general the app is good however few improvements could be made on the user experience side. Currently there is no way to tell if you are reding just a sample or the whole book is available. I am sure this can be easily fixed.

You can find the feedback form in the app settings (open the app, log into your account, tap the round icon in the lower-right corner of the screen, then tap the settings icon on the left, select "Help" and tap the icon in the upper-right corner.)
Ok, the App. works fine.
Ok, the App. works fine. After deleting the application from my phone and downloading it again, then I signed with my local provider and I got my bookshelves, books on my device and everything else just the way it was.
Here I want to explain that the App was frozen after an update and it did not work just to update the Application again, for the case I had to delete and reinstall.
It is good product , though still needs more work

Satisfying
I like it. However I have only one complain.
When the book I’m reading is open and I jump to another app and then back to BookMate again, my book closes and I have to open it again which is kinda irritating but it is what it is I like the app.
