Ratings and Reviews
Do I need to also pay for the widgets?
Everybody says that they’re free and they genuinely look pretty cool but I can’t have any access to them. When i go to my lock screen and try to find the app for starters it doesn’t even show up. Please if it’s a problem fix it if possible.

Subscription gone
I had purchased a subscription late last season, but now I opened the app to check something at the beginning of the 23 season and my subscription was gone. I tried contacting support but got no answer.

Thanks for your feedback and we apologise the delay in reply. Our team were in Bahrain for the race and were unable to reply back to all messages on time due to the high volume too. Your subscription will still be valid if you can find it in your AppStore Subscription settings. Reinstalling the app will fix any issues. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp for further assistance. Bring back the old widgets.
The widgets are ugly and not aesthetic at all. Please, bring back the old widgets…..
