I am breaking up with breaker
After 3y of using the app and constantly dealing with bugs such as resuming episodes from the very start after receiving a call, playing a different episode from what is shown, messing up with car Bluetooth…. I am done! I have spent a lot of energy categorizing my playlists and building up a treasure of liked episodes to go back to. With the latest release, it’s all gone to premium users only… and now i am gone. Bye! Not gonna miss you, not gonna recommend you either. 💔
And after seeing your response, i am even more disappointed. You should have warned users prior to updating to export their data, if you knew it should be lost. The upgrade was advertised like a shiny new way to use the app…. Such a shame!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, mlnmihaylova. The erasure of your playlists and liked episodes is unfortunately a result of an important server migration. We'd love to restore them for you if we could, however, it's no longer possible. We certainly understand the inconvenience this may cause to users, hence we sincerely apologize it happened. Nonetheless, you should be able to retain your subscribed podcasts after logging in with the same email address you used in the previous version of our app. The issue is something we never wished/intended to happen, and we're making efforts to improve our app so as to prevent it from recurring. In case you're still using our app and you still experience the other issues you mentioned, please feel free to send a report with logs in Settings | Help | [Contact us] so we can further investigate for you.
