Easy to use

Such a delight i can learn new concepts on the go. This app allows me to go through various problems without having to sit down on a desk and go through countless paper pages looking for explanations

jameswittacker995 ,

I was wrongly charged, but got issued a refund.

Let me start by saying that the core function and service of the app is great, the method of learning is interactive and enjoyable and I highly recommend it to anyone who spends a lot of time on their phone, at least it will be productive. There is even a streak system that requires you to solve a couple of problems everyday to keep it going which is great as it helps you remember to use it and spend at least a few minutes a day learning something new.
So, I decided to try it out with their one month free trial and I made sure to cancel the membership before the due date, as I am currently not in a position to afford it, but unfortunately I still got charged for a yearly subscription by the end of the trial.
Naturally, I began looking for ways to contact support and tell them of my predicament and the only way to do so is by email, they do not have live chat, phone numbers or any quick way to talk to a representative. Less than two days after writing them a strongly worded email about this I was issued a refund for which I am grateful.
If you’re interested in this kind of thing, give a try, but be careful of how you manage your subscription and keep an eye on what you’re being charged for the service.
