In the latest version of Bulbank Mobile you can find functionalities and improvements like:
• P2P Phone payments – opportunity to send and receive instant money in UniCredit Bulbank and other banks in Bulgaria by phone number without entering IBAN.
• “My car” menu – possibility to receive information and notifications for: fines (served and not served), validity of civil liability insurance, technical inspection, vignette and expiry of driving license.
Ratings and Reviews
I love it, but experience user issue with notifications
I love this app and find it great you are making it better and better, adding new features! Apart from this, I would like to report user issue that started bothering me since a month, more or less - once my utility bills arrive each month in the app, I start to receive everyday, again and again, push notifications about the same “New bill payments” in app and outside.
It’s a bit annoying as it overfills my notifications and I would appreciate if you take a look to fix this bug!

Terrible experience
The app is something I would expect in 2005, not 2019. Transactions and purchases take anywhere from a couple hours to WEEKS to appear in the history (any other bank app takes 10 mins), not even showing the date of the actual transaction just the date it appeared, leaving me with no clarity at all as to whats happening with my funds. How credit card deposits work are a complete mystery, you transfer money not to the card(like any other bank app does) but to some account that comes with it, I made some deposits to that account but the card took only a small portion of it, the rest just stays in the account, I guess the card is waiting to accumulate some taxes first??? Already wrote this feedback and more but didnt get any replies. Im giving them 3 months to fix this basic everyday stuff, before I move away everything I have from them.
Overall amazing application with minor inconvinience
I enjoy the app overall, it helps me a lot and saves ton of time with things like paying bills, rent and credits. I am frustrated by several bugs the other reviewers point out. But there is one thing i am really scared by. When i check my balance and double tap the home button to switch apps and then come back in the rotation is my total balance and lets say i want to show a friend some picture he can witness the amount in my account. Its a big inconvenience and I always try to not ignore it.
