Description
Progettata per i commercianti che desiderano avvalersi dei servizi offerti da operatori del settore delivery, la app permette agli utenti, chiamati customers, di effettuare richieste di consegna dei propri prodotti all’azienda di delivery.
La richiesta comporta la compilazione di una scheda con informazioni circa la merce da trasportare, la località, il giorno l’orario ed il destinatario.
Ogni richiesta viene notificata ad un responsabile, il Planner, che provvede a smistarle ai bikers in servizio tramite un applicativo WEB.
Ogni commessa ha i seguenti stati:
- Aperta dal customer
- Assegnata al biker dal Planner
- Ritirata dal biker presso il customer
- Consegnata dal biker al cliente
- Rifiutata dal Planner
- Annullata dal Planner su richiesta del customer
- Sospesa dal biker
Il customer ha un ambiente per inserire eventuali reclami e monitorarne lo stato
