my favourite game
its one of my favourite game since year 2016 but owners really have to think about playing with account because when you buy new phone you lose everything

The cloud save is automatic as long as you are signed into your App Store account. Once you open the game it should sync with Apple. If you have declined connecting to Apple through the Color Switch app the cloud will not work. You will notice a little Color Switch icon with a cloud in the upper left when syncing. email support@colorswitch.co anytime with questions, we'd love to earn 5 stars!!

I had this game when I was little and I used to play it so so much, and it just so happens to be for me to see it and play it now! It’s amazing!

Please email us at support@colorswitch.co so that we can get an update from you on if the update we provided to fix the issue worked for you. It returned the progress for the majority of those affected. We can also give you a detailed explanation of what happened and how we fixed it.
