Really happy with it!
Been using Dashlane for over a year now and can honestly say it’s great - easy to use, fast and secure. Would love to be able to change the design or at least the colour of the app - I use various backgrounds and lots of apps, so the sort of dull green gets lost, so it’s a bit cumbersome to find.
Amazing!
The app is simply beautiful. In every way - practical, easy to use, safe. I recently ran into some problems with it, but their support team was absolutely astounding! Helped me step by step, had a very personal approach on the matter and followed up on the matter. I wish all apps had such incredible teams behind them!
Impossible to migrate from 1Password
The support article suggest importing from .1pif file from 1Password. When you try this with the desktop app it would crash. The desktop app is no longer supported so the crash on Big Sur won’t be fixed.
When you export from 1Password as a .CSV file and you try to import it throw the web app, it says that there is nothing imported.
The support staff had me around 1 month on this issue pointing me to a worthless article which doesn’t solve their bug. Last answer took whole 2 weeks after my reply. They lost me at the door.
