Poorly programmed
It’s a pity how public money goes to incompetent app development.
I updated the app and was logged out.
I was prompted to login again but the login data is no longer valid.
The password reset feature doesn’t work.
There is no way to easily buy regional tickets anymore.
You need another poorly designed overly bearucratic way to buy one ticket.
