Burnout is a multifactorial, individual-specific phenomenon triggered by various subjective dynamics. Burnout develops gradually over months or years, often completely unnoticed. Symptoms can include alienation from work, anxiety, cynicism, depression, emotional exhaustion, emotional instability, excessive stress, fatigue, insomnia, irritability, panic attacks, reduced performance, sleep issues, stress hormones increase, etc.

Helpful and engaging

I found this app during a very stressful time, both professionally and in my personal life. It helped me better understand the source of my negative emotions, thought patterns that are working against me and areas that I need to work on to achieve better work-life balance, which in turn improved my work performance, efficiency, interpersonal skills, quality of life and overall happiness. Couldn’t be happier with the app

"Burnout": the scary modern term , mostly heard at work, that everyone is trying to avoid but no one knows how and usually when you seem to be more interested in the details you are already too tired or exhausted to find them out.

Finally found an application that is actually giving a clarity and prevention of this somehow fastly spreading mental and physical threat.

I am HAPPILY recommending it to everyone who is :

-Curious to finally understand what is "burn out"

- Starting to feel tired/ exhausted at work and wants to identify their personal "burnout" risk and how to treat it
