Bug in adding additions to pizza
Hello there,
I have been experiencing quite difficulty in adding more things when I order a custom pizza. For example, I want to add double mushrooms to a Margarita but even though I tap there it doesn’t recognize my command (no problems with the display of my telephone). Can you please check what’s wrong?
Unusable and unusable app
The app was working fine a month ago on my iPhone 5S. Nowadays it's not allowing me to choose additions in my pizza properly - if I try to select mushrooms or jalapeño (e.g. click on the checkbox) the selection is not working, instead extra oregano is marked?!?
Moreover there is no feature to provide me with an estimated time of delivery based on the current load of the location (as on the web site). Unfortunately the site is not usable on a mobile device either.
Surprisingly after each order I'm getting a call to confirm my order, which makes the app useless?!?
And last, but not least when I reported the issues in your restaurant in Mladost (twice!!!!), I'm getting a response that nothing can be done.... I might need to give up and find another pizza place :(
Epic fail!
First, The app is in English only. OK, most people understand English, but it doesn’t feel like it was ever intended for Bulgaria. Certainly doesn’t inspire confidence. Also, it’s COMPLETELY unusable. I cannot register an address, so I’m unable to order. I gave up after a dozen unsuccessful attempts. It’s proposterous for a company as big as Domino’s to neglect its iOS app to such an extent.
