I couldn’t even get past the account creation the face algorithm is very poorly programmed it failed more than 10 times and I couldn’t finalise my account. There were also bugs with verifying the email. It wants too much personal information the face and card scan should be further steps. Very bad app the whole econt system is very poorly designed.

This application is to be used only for individuals that have many orders and want to receive their payout without going to the office… otherwise it is just useless only another application that wants a bunch of your personal information to do what just pay for your item which you can do anyhow online with your card or over pos terminal…

The pay by card option in the econt app was broken so I had to use Ecoints. On top of having to provide face scans, id scans and personal information I had to also pay a significant tax to load the wallet from a credit card.E wallets are not your thing Econt, please quit and spare us the nightmare of using this sorry excuse of an app.

The application is absolutely useless. You can use it to pay for some services where you can easily pay by card. There is an enormous tax (>1%) to load money from a credit card to ecoints balance.
