I absolutely love emag, the variety of products they offer and the app experience. Especially for products sold directly by emag I never have doubt for legitimacy, they’re at a competitive price and always arrive very quickly. I’ve found products here that are otherwise not sold in Bulgaria!

They used to be great, ever since they got rid of the human support it has become literally impossible to get a response on a question. I ordered a monitor and waited almost two weeks for delivery, I thought they lost it, tried ro ask what is happening with my shipment multiple times. I have tried chat, phone, email, facebook, It finally came. Turns out they delivered the wrong item I bought from their marketplace, they put the wrong description so I thought I was buying an Apple studio monitor with a stand. The merchant said that Emag writes the item’s descriptions, so you never know what you buy. When I tried to get it replaced with the correct one there was no human to respond back, and the ai assistant couldn’t give me any useful information. When I finally tried to return the monitor so I can buy it from somewhere else I couldn’t. See, Emag didn’t mark the product as delivered and I can’t request a return or mark it delivered from their app. Ridiculous service I will never buy from them again.

I am not using nor recommending this app. I am waiting for pampers for my one year old son almost a month. Till today twice got notified that my order has been shipped and to leave a review and rate. The chat bot is totally useless. There is no one in person to communicate. In my million try to contact a person, one answered me HOURS LATER and the situation is the same as the chat bot - useless. They said that I will receive a call - NO CALL YET! I got message in VIBER FROM EMAG to inform me that my order is going to be late - Really?! I wasn’t aware?!? What is going on EMAG?! Where can we contact someone who can take actions?! To be helpful? Totally disappointing. Change some thing, leave a contact where clients can actually receive any assistance. Email, phone number anything. And please you can’t tell me that YOU DON’T have any regulations for the resellers in the app. That’s absurd! Deleting the app once, IF I ever receive that PAMPERS IN THIS LIFE!!!!

I have lost more money over the years than I can’t count because of seller mistakes, defective products and mostly EMAG policies that do not protect the buyers. The seller sends the wrong item? Guess what, even if by some miracle you get a refund, the refund does not cover the delivery taxes and payment taxes and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. The application is buggy, the help chat does not work, I constantly get packages from Romania without anyone informing me even if I need something urgently. The site is full of non-original replicas that you can buy from Temu for 10 times cheaper prices. One time I bought a paper-like screen protector for 40 euros, it was 2 cm wider only on one side but I realised it after applying it with all the bubbles - guess if you can return it or get a refund in that condition….I am never buying anything again unless I don’t have any other options.
