Perfect game
I like the game and I think its perfect because its not oriented in luck, its all about strategy and thinking. There are a lot of hereos which is very good because its interesting and it haves a lot of strategys involved. The best thing about the game ia that if you want to be good at it you have to use your mind a lot for the strategy of your team, you have to be very patient to progress in the game and I feel joy when I play it!
It’s a trap
Stay away. If you step outside of the actual game, you’ll notice that all the algorithms are written to get rid of your money. They “bet” mostly on the casino effect. The minute you start excelling, you can not go beyond a certain point without throwing money at it, big time money. Hundreds of dollars. The more you progress, the more money you’ll need. The support people of the game are not actual people from what I’ve noticed. It’s yet another algorithm that answers with FAQ answers no matter what your problem is. Something that has 88% chance never happens if it’s to the player’s advantage, yet something that has 50% chance of happening, happens 6 out of 7 times if it’s against the player. At the end, it’s the game is made in a way to hook you and collect your money
Bad support
The support team is incompetent and unable to answer a simple question: can I unlock new Epic troops through Hero Academy, Retrain Epic Troops. So far in the past six months I have been getting only troops I already own. And it’s fine if there is such a restriction, as long as it is clearly stated. If there is no restriction, then it might be a bug no one reported due to the long wait times: 1 week for each retrain.
The game keeps crashing when I try to watch ads. No solution provided. They repeatedly tell me to reinstall the game, restart my phone, restart the game and check my Internet connection, all of which I did, but it doesn’t help.
