Good on the phone but terrible on the TV
The app on the mobile devices and the set top box is working good, but on the TV app i am really disappointed. I have 2016 Samsung TV and in the app store of the TV there is EON app so if there is app in the store it should work flawless no matter what brand and model the TV is but thats not the case for me, EON app is installed and working on the TV but the first 7 channels (most watched channels) and some other like 7-10 channels ( most of them sports channels that i payed extra to have then ) are not with good picture quality, the picture is skipping, flashing, its divided in two and sometimes is getting purple and so on, but all other 140 channels are working perfectly, so i have like 15-20 of the most watched channels that are not working. I called the operator and they told me its because my TV is not from the recommended TV Which is ridiculous , so i dont know who is responsible for that glitch but here is the only place i can address that issue. Any ideas????

Buggy and inconvenient
A lot of bugs especially for old devices that are on iOS 12.5. For example when changing from kid profile to adult one, PIN request is not shown but the app force closes. Thus one cannot change the profile!!!

Chromcast function is terrible!
When casting you cannot pause it with the tv remore control, you have to open everytime the phone app. And when you open the app after a time its unresponsive and you cannot see where you are in the current video or worse the app casting options dissapear… or the app act randomly and restarts but the tv cast continues…the chromcast just lose connection to the phone after time!
Contacting vivavom not working as they post generic mails and are unresponsive to particular reported bugs!
