Top ups not available via phone
When I try to top up my account via debit/credit card, the app freezes and doesn’t show me the field to insert my 3d password. Unfortunately, you can top up your account via computer, from their website.
Furthermore, not a long ago there was information regarding the stocks (dividend yield, yearly income and etc.), not this information is hardly reachable via the mobile app.

Not reliable customer support
Since beginning of this year Bulgarian citizens cannot deposit money via eToro money account. I cannot even do it with bank transfer because my bank account is already linked to my eToro account. So only way to fill my eToro account is via credit/debit card, but the taxes are big. Few times I tried to reach the support team but without any success. They closed my ticket without any answer. I have silver club and should have personal accountant but when I tried to contact him via email I got automated message saying that he is out of office.

Kind a alright
Run for it few years with no problem. Recently issues started to become a regular thing….. the latest it showing me I don’t have internet and can’t click a trade or do whatever interaction, but everything in the app is loading and showing me pages and stocks, but trading not happening…
