Too many bugs
In the beginning the indoor camera worked well but then the sound was lost and after that the playback stopped working. I contacted the support but they didn’t help much.
Geofencing feature works very bad on iOS
I have registered 2 devices and currently one is in the zone and the other one is out of zone. This is what the UI represents. Unfortunately even if one the devices is the zone, the security mode is switched to away mode but instead it should be in home mode. At first I thought it is from the location services but after some time I see that it is clearly a bug. The UI shows clearly the state of the two devices but the mode is not changing… Geofencing is pretty important feature and it should work as expected
Broken App
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
You cannot Sign Up via the app as it overwhelms the CPU with password field checks and you may not enter or paste any password at the Sign Up screen. You may not register via Internet web page and the broken app is the only way to sign up! Also the password limitations is 8-20 characters and with a list of specific specials characters, this means that your password is saved in clear text in their servers and thus the whole security level is decreased substantially. Go buy something else if you value your price and time!
