Do not use this app, it has a lot bugs and you will not be able to cancel your rental.
My balance is negative
“My balance is negative” - they spam my email,
however, I have had 30 € in my account up to 01.01.2023. Suddenly, they disappear 🫠. On 02.01.2023 I have 0 €. Alright - company policy - one would say - funds expire if not used for a long time. But this is ridiculous as this company has disappeared for literally almost a year, without saying a WORD to their clients. Is this also “company policy”? Then, after about 6-8 months they come with some funny excuse concerning some fire and their insurance company…. You could’ve written me an email… This is not the way to make business. I could’ve filed a complaint against you… I hope you don’t contact me anymore. And no, your balance is negative, not mine.
