Lost all my progress (500+ levels)
I feel so bad leaving such a bad review but unfortunately I was left devastated after a recent update of the game which deleted all of my progress across all platforms and games (on my nordcurrent ID) I have been playing this game for over two years and enjoyed every bit of it but now everything is lost. I reached out to the support team three weeks ago and I still haven’t received an email concerning the issue. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, logging in and out but nothing helps. Please tell me there is a solution :(

Something to improve
Hello,
I have been playing the game for a long time from now and it gives me pleasure. I got to level 270 which I can't handle and it's giving me up on the game. Please make the levels one idea easier because it's losing interest.
Otherwise.. the game is great! Congratulations!
