Description
Havelock is based on the idea
that at any given time, we need to see and
compare:
- what was initially planned,
- what really happened, and
- what is the next scheduled milestone.
Havelock prioritisation approach, delivers in front
of each user a daily list containing only
immediately actionable tasks. All tasks are
perfectly prioritised and distributed across the
organisation, and everyone receives the most
up-to-date information.
That way, every manager can easily deal with
hundreds of projects in parallel. The dynamic
management of each milestone guarantees an
immediate alarm for any potential problem so
that the problem could be seen and
dealt with long before it becomes such.
