Description

For sprinters : records High Intensity Interval Trainings and notifies you on your times (60-100-150 and 200 meter). No tapping required when you cross the finish line.

Start HIITList watchOS, walk to that 200 meter mark, take a breath and sprint. When you cross the finish line, your watch beeps and displays

- 100 m : 11.35
- 150 m : 17.18
- 200 m : 23.03
Automatically. On every interval..
When your training is over, tap your watch and a HIIT workout is added to HealthKit as a High Intensity Interval Training. I you buy the optional HIITListPro watchOS, a GPS track is added to this workout so it can be picked up by the Pro version of HIITList for iOS.
Disclaimer : due to the nature of GPS (1 measurement per second that can be off by some meters), times measured by HIITlist are only indicative!
