Just amazing! So stylish and easy to use, no monthly taxes for whatever there the banks wants, paper and to pay the salary and the rent of the offices probably. Everything is happening true the phone with the app you don’t need to go to the bank and wait inside and sign all that documents, just downloading the app ordering your card, than a little video call with operator and that’s it. I just like it so much that I stop all of my cards in the banks and now using only iCard!

They terminated my account (with balance on it) without any notice. Apparently, they needed the identity verification and as I stopped checking the app, they simply closed my account and kept the balance as the “monthly administrative fee”. I will just point out that at the time I created the account (3 years ago), sending ID was only necessary to allow you to keep larger amount of money on your account, you could use the app without any issues. So, I stopped using it regularly, in the meantime they changed their policy and terminated my account. After I decided to give the app another try, installed it, verified my identity, they asked for additional documents and again, terminated my account without writing any explanation. I guess it’s not enough that you’re Bulgarian, you also need to have a proof that you’re currently living in Bulgaria. If you happen to live outside of your country and don’t have any utility bills in the past 3 months, they will just terminate your account! Stay away from them and don’t trust them with your money.

Please note that for any changes related to your account you should have received a notification to the e-mail address, associated with your account. Have in mind that during the verification process we are obliged to confirm your address and if your ID document does not contain it, our verification team will ask you for a document that proves it. This could be a bank statement or a utility bill, issued in the last 3 months. Unfortunately, we cannot finish up reviewing your application if you do not provide us with the requested documents. Generally good, some annoying bugs

Lately, I’ve had an issue where the app loads and shows the main screen but I still see a “loading” message which takes a long time to disappear, and I can’t use anything in the meantime. I also had a bug with some messages from friends, sometimes I get a notification with the message but when I press it, it does not appear. Last time, the message appeared in the chat 2 days later.
