Help!
I bought an Atlantic radiator. I have a problem with connecting to Wi-Fi. It freezes at the clouding step and after a while it gives me a connection error. Sometimes it connects but after a while it stopped. It has been two days and it no longer connects at all. Please help
Can’t connect to the device
I was struggling for 4 straight hours to connect and still no luck. I have water heater, after following the instructions and connecting to the water heater’s wifi network, the device beeps three times (1 beep then pause then 2 consecutive beeps) and the blue light for the wifi stays static, but the app says that it couldn’t setup the device. Just to point out - my router is 2m away from the water heater, so having troubles to connect is not the reason for sure. I’ve also checked in my router that the device is actually connected and it is connected to my network. I’ve tried to ping it and it responds perfectly. However the application says that it couldn’t connect the device to the wifi network. Absolutely disappointing! Also I don’t understand the idea that in order to register in the app I should first connect my device. This is very frustrating. Also all of that data collection just for a single water heater sound very suspicious.

Dear Du57, if you hear the first 3 beeps it means that the problem is related to the account creation, is this product already connected to another account? Please send us an assistance request, so that our technical service can assist you (you can do so in https://cozytouch.fr/). Regarding the information we ask about your home, it's because there are many products that can be connected to Cozytouch and we want to be able to give specific tips on energy savings based on the information you give us. Wait wait wait
The app has a lot of good points, but it needs a lot of work to solve the connection problems. Few times per day “server maintenance” after that “server error” after that “check your connection” and in the end of the show you are logged out.
Definitely the slowest app that I’m using on my phone.

Please solve the “baby” problems. I’m happy with my Atlantic heat pump. Just a few little improvements and everything will be ok!
