Support team not responding
The free app does not provide basic options i.e you cannot add things as simple as notes to the habits. The edit options are very limited, tasks cannot change their categories, there are very few predefined habits.
In addition, the support team is not responding. After starting a conversation with a request to close my account, I was reassured that I will get assistance when I state my reasons for closing the account. I sent two messages and got no response for a week. The close account button in the app does nothing and starts an endless loop. I still receive mails 3 times a day with premium offers and scoops.

The reason why we sent out to our users so many emails and notifications is because we want to motivate along with a little prompt our users to complete their habit. The reason for our late response is because of our national independence day that we were away from keyboard for 5-working days. Please contact us at contact@habitify.me or via the in-app chat so our customer supporters can help you with deleting your account as your proposal.
Yes and no
I like it a lot but there are issues. Esp with the watch. Support said a huge update is coming. Hopefully it will resolve most problems for me
