Verification Step
I send maybe 3-4 different documents for verification and they reject to verify me. I send mobile statement - they dont accept mobile invoice ! I send bank statement, they dont accept statement from this bank! I send electricity invoice ( the address is the same but is on name of my father because the apartment is on his name) theh dont accepted! So, if you dont have each one document on your name, you must make selfie... don’t use them! I have registration on 10-15 sites for crypto brokers and exchange and i pass the verification, but here i cant... stay away

I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We indeed can't accept mobile phone bills or documents not issued in your name. The selfie is necessary, it's a AML/KYC requirement. We need to follow the rules, but we are also always happy to help you so please don't hesitate to contact our support team. They will do the best they can to assist you and get you verified in no time!
I wish there was 0 stars as this is the service they provide
Constantly changing the rules in order to discriminate people with non-Latin languages. Customer service non-existent telling me they cannot escalate to a manager as no one will help me.Keeping my money hostage for a week. And every day I receive new excuses. Wish
I have never heard about this service.
