A bit frustrating at times ..
As others have stated, sometimes the app just won't let you use it in the store for one reason or another. For me, it's failed twice now - one time the Lidl Plus Карта button vanished and I couldn't get to the card and scan it, and the other time the app logged me out while i was in the store trying to access it and get the Lidl card scanned, and then wanted me to confirm my phone number and type in my password again, at checkout, when I'm supposed to be scanning, and the app was absolutely fine at home ... It's frustrating that this has happened twice now and I couldn't use it because I hate to make the cashier and others wait for me as I struggle with the app, but I understand that it's a new app and bugs happen, so I'll keep using it and hope that things like that don't happen too often. :)

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that. If you are not able to open your card, that means you are logged out from your account. Otherwise the card is always visible on your App home screen. Regarding the second issue if it still exists as a problem and happens regularly, please contact us directly via our customers care phone 0800 14141 (free for all customers) in order to check in details what is the reason about it. In addition we recommend you always to use the newest App Version of Lidl Plus App.🙂
Suggestion
The coupons that fall from the scratch cards are quite inappropriate. Wouldn't it be better, based on what products we buy, to have discount coupons with these products, and not with products I never buy. I don't see the point in offering me products that I won't buy anyway. After all, this is the purpose of the whole application, to buy the products we love. Think about it, because I don't use 95% of my coupons because I don't buy such products.
Shopping list functionality is very frustrating
The way the shopping list works in Lidl Plus app is a lot more worse compared to the one that existed in Lidl app.
Now, in Lidl plus, when you add items from the digital catalogue, their picture, price and offer validity are not visible in the shopping list. It is also not possible to enter a record from the list and see details about it (e.g. the available sizes or the material). All of these features were existing in Lidl app and it is very frustrating that after the users were forced to switching to Lidl Plus, they are receiving such non- user friendly shopping list. This compromise the whole idea of having one better app.
Having the list in this way kills my desire to shop from Lidl - the shopping list in Kaufland app is way more user-friendly.
