Super reliable
Using it for more than 6 months. Easy to operate and no any problems
Overall good experience
There is much to be desired in terms of features, but the software is stable and not glitchy. The only thing I had a problem with is the open window sensors on my thermal heads, which led to losing control of the thermal heads until a restart. Otherwise, I am happy with my Meross setup at home.
