Best mobile game,but
This game is amazing! Absolutely love it, but its way too much pay to win. My opinion is that you should make events like the ants party less pay to win. A good example is that you should make ants like white velvet (my second favourite ant btw) easier to get. I’ve been trying to get him for a year, but still no progress…

Great game, concept, visuals BUT very poor customer support service!
I have enjoyed the game for over 8 months now! Everything is great, but the level of the customer support is poor (personal opinion). Sometimes they do not reply for over a day, and sometimes they reply in few hours and close my tickets, without providing me with any meaningful information… just some generalisations.
In one particular case I have signalled the customer care for a person who had and offensive language and kept writing “h*il h****r” in the particular event chat, and I was expecting a proper reaction from them. Instead I was asked to provide the player’s ID number. How could I possibly find it if the event was over?! They could have just checked the log of the particular chat in the particular event… and then the support case was closed, and I suppose that no action was taken (at least requesting that player to stop doing that!). This is just one of many cases when I felt the bad quality of the customer care in the game.
Again, the game itself is great, if only the customer care was good, it would have been amazing!
