Zero Support & Payment Method Issues

I submitted 2 tickets and 1 feedback through the feedback website form, and 2 weeks later I still have no answer or support.

I didn't get a notification that my free trial is ending, so I was charged though I don't use the app. Refund is out of the question I suppose, but there's noone to provide information on the issue or the refund policy in general.

Also, when I canceled the paid plan, I wasn't allowed to remove my payment method - this is definitely the first time I face such a problem. So, I asked for confirmation that the plan is canceled ans

The app may be good but the lack of support and payment issues are a deal breaker.

Won't use and won't recommend.
