Subscription to VIP service is valid for 1 month (3,99€), 3 month (9,99€), 6 month (17,99€) or 12 month (29,99€). Payment will be charged to your iTunes account once the purchase is confirmed. This subscription will be renewed automatically. If you want to cancel the subscription, you must do so at least 24 hours before the current VIP period expires. Your account will be charged with the price shown at the top of this screen and renewed for the same price once the current VIP period has expired. Subscriptions can be managed and deactivated through the App Store account settings on your device after making a purchase. You cannot cancel your VIP subscription during the active period. Horrible Application, Worst Customer Service Ever
Update to the review: the horrible attitude I spoke of can be seen in the response from the developer. To clarify, I never registered multiple accounts, I just asked how to delete the one account I registered as the tool they had provided didn’t work, and I was given a response in exactly this fashion - patronising, insulting, and void of any customer ‘care’.
I registered an account to check out the application. Seeing as the only users within 1000 km of me are bots and fake accounts, I decided to delete my account. In the EU services like that are legally required to provide a way for their users to delete accounts easily and without complications. Well, little did I know - the delete account option is there, but it redirects you to a website, where you have to log in to request the account deletion. Only, when you do that you’re told the account is deleted, only to find out it isn’t. I tried multiple times, different browsers and devices, but it wouldn’t work.
I tried to get some help from the in-app support. Well, this has easily been the worst customer service I’ve received ever. The person I spoke to was rude, asked me to send sensitive personal information (the one I was trying to get deleted!) and when I said I wouldn’t, I was told ‘it’s not a discussion’, after which he proceeded insulting me.
The app otherwise not only doesn’t comply with EU rules and regulations, it also doesn’t comply with the terms of the App Store, so I think it should be removed from here.
Otherwise, as a user you’ll gain nothing from downloading it, unless you’re into swiping on fake accounts, or watching frankly disgusting low quality homemade porn.

Sorry but we can't do what you want as you want, we can do what EU RDPG laws allow us. If you don't understand it and insult our team, we can't do anything more.
Curiously, when you calmed down and understood that you had created several accounts, you managed to delete them correctly and instantly. Patience and education is a virtue, please use it.

For last, as we tell you before, we are a EUROPEAN business based in Spain and Germany created in 2010. You are not going to threaten us with the laws we know and apply long before you arrived. Please practice humility and do not attack us without knowing what you are talking about.
Yes, our english is not perfect as you said us, but we are chatting with you, to help you in sunday and for free. We deserve at least one respect you have never had with us. We are sorry but you are not welcome here.

Remember that the same laws you're talking, force us to save logs for 5 years, where is all registered, included you're multiple registration accounts. And that's the only true, the only one. Do you want a copy? You've got the right to request it if you want (to know the laws as you tell, you don't know how to use it).
