Creating group chats
Is it just me who can no longer create group chats? I mean everything seems to be working until the moment I have to tap “Create” and nothing happens. Even when I decide to give up and press “Cancel” it’s frozen. Gotta close the app. I deleted and reinstalled it and it is still the same - what is happening?!
Also, I don’t understand why we can’t arrange the stickers anymore?
And the awful new icon - the best thing about Apple products is that their design is simple - this gypsy colouring of some app icons drives me crazy.
Every update is worse than previous
If I was able to give 0 stars, I totally would.
The app is slow and frequently crashes. From two - three months it’s working so bad that when I write a few messages to the same person one after another the other person doesn’t receive them in the same order and they sound nonsensical. Why?!? It’s a chat app - it’s meant to send massages in the order you write them. It has one job!
There is no option to edit a massage. If you make one simple typing error you have to delete your whole massage and write it again. That’s awful.
Why the photo history is gone?!? That makes no sence. Instead of giving new features you’re cutting the old ones.
I hate that the emojis are missing! How the hell is that better? How is this considered an improvement? First I thought that it’s going to be temporary and you’ll see that it’s a mistake and fix it and since than I update regularly waiting for something to be better and to finally use the emojis again but every new update just surprises me with something worse. Now I’m on the last update and still don’t have emojis, the app still crashes frequently, and it’s even slower, the massages are still sent out of order and can’t be edited, the photo history is still missing. I didn’t think that this was possible. That’s my last update before giving up on this stupid app.
never ending app bugs
Can you maybe fix your constant bugs or something? The only apps that are consistently crashing are facebook and messenger, like every two months. On top of that even if the app isn't down as a whole, one of the functions will randomly stop working. Two or three months ago the option to send an image from a selected album disappeared all of a sudden. Then when that finally got fixed, certain voicemails started appearing as unavailable. Not all of them, but still very annoying as sending them again didn't help. Then it became most of them, and now pictures sometimes appear as unavailable as well. And that's when the app isn't "down". At that point now that it is, in fact, down, I don't even notice a big difference as it doesn't work anyways. If you don't want people to slowly stop using both messenger and instagram for messages, maybe work on the overall bug fixes. :))
