ASOS - Discover Fashion Online 4+

This is the only application for clothing and accessories that has everything ordered and shown in the most appropriate way.

After several attempts to contact someone to assist me, from the support center told me that my parcel got lost and they would refund me.
That happens after a month and a half waiting time.

Unfortunately, no refund was transferred to my bank account.
From the support center each and every time a different person wrote to me and each and every time had to explain with details everything to all of them although all the previous communication was there.
After another weeks, the parcel got found and they told me (after more than two months!!)

The summer is almost over and most of the items were summer clothes, so I told them I am gonna return the parcel.
After following the steps from the web site, I requested a return and I was told I would be contacted by the delivery company.

Another month passed, no one has contacted me. Then I had to check personally calling DHL, who were displayed to be the delivery company in ASOS site.
DHL has told me to contact local provider they were working with.

I finally managed to return the delayed and lost parcel and as still no one answers me from the support center, I decided to write this review here.

I’ve used the app a few times over the past few years and never had any issues.
Today I wanted to buy a few things and at Check-out I was told that some of my items are not available for delivery to my country. Then I was asked if I wanted to change the country of delivery - well, I only live in one country at a time.
You obviously know how to restrict items - maybe it would be wiser to not show your customers those items in the first place so they don’t get frustrated and give up on ordering at all.
