The app is not ok it brakes often, no service
The app is not ok it brakes often, no service and I had to restart constantly in order to use it. Beside that the app doesn’t allowes you to add a aditional debit/credit card and now because of this bug we have to pay penalty+fees. We had to extend the rental because we were stuck in a big traffic jam, unfortunately the card with witch we have rented the card was out of money. We had an other card to cover the payment but the app does not have this option to add additional cards. I tried to speak with a support but he couldn’t help me either. First he didn’t spoked English and then he was trying to transfer the call to an English speaker but without success. The result is that thanks the app and the bad support now we had to pay 70€ more and we don’t feel well about this. From our perspective this is not a correct attitude towards a customer.
