The only missing thing is when you want to say something special for an order you are not able to do it for all restaurants. For example the beef meat to be rare/medium/well done or when you order Chinese food to say you do not want Chinese salt.

Overwhelming amount of needles requirements. Like not being able to use my phone on a different account what if im with a friend and his phone nas no battery i want to order from the website but i can not use my number because i forgot my account password, or as in my case I no longer use my Facebook with which i used to have an account and now when i need to order from a new account i cant because my phone is still in use in the account i can not access and i cant use my friends phones because they have an account and theyr numbers are in use so i have to send a text that will notify the staff that my phone is in use somewhere else and they will potentially fix it, but the problem with that is It will take more time than me going to the shop (by foot) and getting the food as well as coming back. And if i was to wait i will starve. The how point of this is to get quick food when you have non and making me wait potentially 24hours for something soo easy to fix is insane! You can just have the option to add a new phone number when you add a new location, and if you are afraid that someone will take advantage of this you can call for confirmation

The app has fresh and user-friendly design but there are some technical issues which ruin the whole experience for the client, the most notable one being that once you pay with another card than the one saved by default in your account, the card payment method is just blocked.

No matter if you try paying with the same or a different card, the app just returns a pop-up saying that the payment is unsuccessful and you have no other option except to pay cash which kind defies the idea of online food ordering. Even the support people (in Bulgaria at least) cannot help you with this issue saying you need to just sit and wait for your app to get “unblocked by itself”, which hasn’t happened to me for the past month now.

Basically, I now order with foodpanda only if I have no other option (I.e. the restaurant I want to order from does not delivery in any other way) or I am having trouble finding their menu online.
