WiFi
You should be connected to WiFi instead of using mobile data at some of the places otherwise the app would not find them.

Please make sure that the location of your phone is turned on and that you allow some time for the GPS of your device to find your exact location before reching to the desired partner of ours.

Poor service
This app has lots of bugs. Once you contact the support explaining what didn‘t work, providing all the details about the issue, instead of making RCA, they kindly explain to you:
„It is not possible this option to be a non- working one. You might have done something incorrectly.“
Well, all other discussions with them are fruitless. I would gladly replace them with a better provider :)
