What’s New
Version 4.8.54462
In the new version of the IC Markets cTrader Mobile 4.8 app, a section called "Invite" has been added.
The Invite section is a toolkit for partners, designed to attract, attribute and enhance the conversion of new users into referrals. In the main menu under the "Manage Profile" section, a user profile has been introduced. If your broker has provided you with a credit, you will see it on the account overview slider under "Trade" - "Positions".

Canceled profits/Blocked account/Deposit not refunded
Canceled profits. Blocked account. Not refunded deposit.
Invested 1,5K EUR, in 2 weeks I made 206 EUR profits and withdrew it. After 2 more weeks I made 269 EUR in profits and withdrew it but did not receive it, as they did not want to process it. 2 days after that I made 350 EUR in profits, all of a sudden I got my profits canceled and IC markets said that they will not pay my profits and that the account was blocked because of restrictions for EU clients, they didn't even want to refund my initial deposit. This was done without any notice or notification. Why would you allow me to trade if I am restricted and why would you allow me to deposit ? Usually when brokers restrict or block your account, they refund your deposit in full, as it's not the client's fault that regulation restricted a brokers. However, IC markets decided to pay me my first profits, which were made before the restriction and then after the restriction they said that they are going to deduct the paid out profits from my initial deposit and then give me the leftovers of my deposits.
I am working in this field at a management positions and would say that this is preposterous.
Also before including a higher personal from my company, they did not want to payout any portion of my initial deposit.
I had 1850 EUR in my account at 15th of March 2023. They canceled my account and sent me 674.31 EUR, This is serious scam. I have not lost a dime from those 1850 EUR on trading and my deposit was 1,5K, why have you sent 674.31 EUR?
