Everything is nice, but there’s small problem with the widget

The widget of the app does not work properly (doesn't show anything) after the last update of IOS (I think it was after the IOS update, not after the app update). So please fix this!

Plainly Bad UX

I am a Hi-Fi paying subscriber, and while the music quality is great I can’t seem to get over how bad the app is. Search results do not offer the ability to filter by “My collection”, when I add an album, it doesn’t add the artist, with the latest update can’t search by artist in my albums. This means scrolling - nagging, confusing scrolling through hundreds of albums. I used to be able to search by artist in My Collection — Albums. Now it only matches strings in the title. Not to mention you have no means to search your Collection on Mac. Is that intentional? So that you make me give up and use the algorithm for my mixes or suggested albums? Is this the goal? Otherwise I can’t figure out how your team came up with all these shortcomings.

Great quality horrible app

Quality is great and listening to the tracks is great. As long as you’re able to login and there are no bugs. And as long as you manage to find the music you wish to listen to. Extremely far from customer oriented software mainly the search bar. I oftentimes have to login and experience issues for some hours or longer - not being able to login or use the app. Oftentimes the tracks are not downloading even though I’ve enabled cellular and I’m in the app so it’s active. I’ve used all other similar apps and while this one offers great/superior quality, the app itself is rubbish and I’m not sure I’ll continue using it.
