Disappointing

As of october 2019 the app works exceptionally bad. Incompatibility with 2 y old hardware, if a replacement of two modules for the upgrade is “minimal fee applies” then I’m puzzled. PGM’s are slow and work erratically, arm /disarm switch is unreliable, I have to check now 5 times if the system is properly armed. Push notifications are really slow. Overall speed improved somehow recently but not yet where it should be.
The worst - you can’t have both - swan server and local staticIP access on the same up module- so where’s the redundancy when internet is off or when the swan server is down!
And last - could not report any of those issues through the program, kind of regretting that I’ve ever migrated from I paradox- that’s how I see it

Payment issue

There is an issue with the payment of the subscription plan. Even when the card is added the application is asking again for credentials and you cannot proceed. This is valid for iOS, tested on a couple of iPhones with 14.3 version installed. Please fix this issue as users are not able to use the application.

Very disappointing

I use the app since 4 years. Initially it was working fine, although the interface is not suitable for phone screen. To my eyes it has very small buttons and text size. I am using iphone 12 pro max, so screen size is large.
Since couple of months things with the app started to deteriorate and it is working just from time to time, either not being able to connect to the server for ages, either the screen is flickering and giving false status of the different zones. I have to double check logging out and in to be sure zones are properly armed. For me these are huge reliability issues. Hope Paradox will find a way to fix it and make it at least more stable, if note more user friendly, otherwise I will consider changing the entire system to other brand.
