Problem with notifications, please fix it
There is a problem with the notifications.
Everything in the App settings and in my iPhone settings is turned on, but I don't receive any banners, sounds and badges.
Many times I tried to delete the app and reinstalling it, also I tried to restart and then reset my phone, but it didn't work. I would be glad if you fix this problem, because it is really frustrating! I work with the app and it is very irritating to open the app in 10 min to see if I have any messages! I would be pleased if you fix this problem in the next few days!
Problems with features
I want to say something just so there’s info about it too. So I’m a beta tester for the app which would indicate that I would get the newest stuff first, right? Well I have 3 accounts. My two unused accounts always get the new features when they come out (for example the messenger update and now the notes system), whereas my main account doesn’t have them. When the messenger update went live, I didn’t even get the option on my main account and the notes no matter how much I try and “update” the app (there have been now 3 new versions since the release of the feature) I still haven’t gotten them. Another great example is when instagram music officially launched in my country I got the feature after 2 months on my main account. I don’t know why that’s a thing but it drives me crazy. If you’re gonna roll out updates, make sure everyone gets them.
Help
I usually would never text. I’ve never had problems with instagram till the new features came. So i wanted to get the new notes feature that got available in my country/region and i updated it all the time but still nothing. After seeing that updating it doesn’t work i started to watch videos on how to fix and when i say i did everything i could i truly did. I reinstalled/offload this app a billion times every single day. I made my account from creator to business then to personal then business again then creator again. After that i tried with having my activity status on. I had this feature on every other account i had but not my main that i use. So i deleted all other just to get this feature and still absolutely nothing. I texted on support how many times now? Oh 8 along with my friend 9. I am truly disappointed of the fact i got no help despite explaining it a hundred times.
