JOBy has two interfaces: employee and employer.
The employee interface is the app itself, which transforms the smartphone into a virtual time card.
The employer interface is the attendance management software available on our cloud.
The employee interface includes an online map and a very simple "asleep" icon. The icon is activated as soon as the employee is within the work radius (whether it is an office, a construction site or other) and taps on the icon.
Starting today, with JOBy, a simple tap on your smartphone is enough to clock in at work!
WARNING: the collaborator must first activate GPS and grant permission to the JOBy app.
The employer interface is the back-end of the application and is extremely simple to use.

Absolutely yes. Geolocation of personnel is allowed by the reform introduced by the Jobs Act. Geolocation can only be used to verify work activity and GPS-based geolocation tools are allowed only if they are specifically used for work organisation and are active only during working hours.
